NO NO NO

Firstly i have to clear your doubts about Fasting..........

Do you Thing Long Past ppl  Pasting Like we do Now days?
Abstaining from food Is fasting?

:)

Fasting Is Just Like You Want to Get Something You have any Dream And want to Full fill It And With All Your senses you Try To Achieve it without thinking  your personal  circumstances is known as Fasting and long past times this method is used in hath yoga (strong determined Yoga in this Kind of Yog Saints get their body parts  decay in earth until their wish were fulfill this kind of strong yog can  take upto 2000 to 5000 years sometime the yogi  stay alive for more than 10000 years   ).

Have you ever seen any Pandit with long tail? The knot on It Head Showing His Hath (Strong Determination).

In Simple words Fasting is Not Possible with Abstain from certain foods, as for religious or medical reasons

I am carrying 2 Heavy Bags But i Dont Know why i am so lite that time.then , after 3-4 hours i use the footpath to a small kip , suddenly My Eyes Open I dont Know how And i find  a person with black clothes Staring me  vice versa, after 10-15 minutes he ask me where you are going , i said Vashno devi, then he smiled and said You have taken the wrong path its Bharos Path if Someone Reach There Without Seeing Lord Vashno Devi He/she will Get Lots Of Paap(sin).

Then he sat beside me and ask for ten rupees , i checked my boths pockets but dint find anything, then he smiled and said check again, now i used my shirts pocket and found a ten rupee note, i am so happy @ this Moment I am feeling Like I have Found Everything that i am searching Here, There is An How to explain  .................
